Shipping policy
1. What are your shipping rates?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout as it varies depending on the weight of the package and your location.
2. I am in Edmonton. Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes, of course! For pick-ups, please send us a message on Instagram (@sonpari.co) - we can schedule an appointment for pick-up. You are also welcome look at all our other pieces during this appointment! Please note: If you are unable to attend your appointment, your piece will no longer be put on hold.
3. The country I would like my order shipped to isn’t shown on the list at checkout. What should I do?
Send us an email at info@sonpari.co - we can send some options of shipping services and rates that may be available for you!
All of our packages are shipped out from Edmonton, Alberta after doing a thorough quality check of each piece.
We ship within Canada and Internationally. Canada Post is used for shipping both within Canada and Internationally. If you would prefer a different shipping method to be used, such as Fed-ex or DHL etc., please email us at info@sonpari.co. We can discuss what options and rates are available for you.
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. This processing time is not included in the estimated shipping time that is given.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned. Please double check all items in your shopping cart before submitting your order.
Please note: For shipments outside of Canada, we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
