Refund policy

All pieces undergo a thorough quality check before being shipped out to you so you can rest assured that your pieces will be in perfect condition. 

If you are unsure about a specific piece, please reach out to us via email - we will do our best to answer all your questions. You may also request more pictures of each piece (for example, in different lighting) to be more at ease about your purchase. 

 

Sonpari Co does not accept any returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. 

Exception: In rare circumstances, if your package arrives damaged in the mail, a refund, exchange, or store credit can be issued upon request. Please be sure reach out to us via email at info@sonpari.co within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please note: An unboxing video of the package will be required to qualify for this exception. If your item qualifies, the return or exchange must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your package.

 

Please note: All items are shipped to the address which has been submitted by the customer. If a package is delivered to an address that has been incorrectly submitted by the customer, Sonpari Co will not be held responsible; a refund will not be issued. Please make sure to double check the shipping address that is being submitted.
